ELINOR SOPHIA | CARING FOR YOUR CANDLE
How to ensure the most blissful moments from your candle...
How to burn your candle
- Light your candle in a well ventilated room
- To ensure your the wax doesn't tunnel, always ensure a full melt pool, by allowing the wax to melt to the edge of the container
- Do not light the candle once the wax level has reached 10mm or below
- Never leave a lit candle unattended or put the candle in a draught
- When the candle is lit, the container will heat up, so always protect the surface on which it sits
- Keep the naked candle flame well away from any flammable materials
How to care for your wick
- Keep the wick clean and the wax pool free from any debris
- After extinguishing your candle, allow time for the wax to set
- Before re-lighting your candle always trim the wick to 5mm
- Sometimes the wick can migrate and get to close to the container, if this occurs extinguish the flame using a snuffer
- When you have extinguished the flame safely you can then centre and straighten the wick using the snuffer
How to store your candle
- Use your elegant gold lid to keep the wax dust free when you aren't using your candle
- Store in a cool dry place
- Condensation can occur if your candle has not been stored properly, if this is the case wipe the condensation away before re-lighting
- Use your candle in a timely manner to ensure you get the best blissful moments from its scent
Natural Beauty
- Our candles are made from soy, rapeseed & beeswax mixed with a generous amount of phthalate-free fragrance
- This may occasionally cause an un-even surface and air bubbles
- This is the candle's natural beauty and does not affect the candle's performance in any way
